Refund policy

Little Fashion Returns Accepted

At Little Fashion, we pour love and care into every item. However, if you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're happy to help. You can receive a full refund of the item price (excluding any shipping cost) within 14 days of receiving your item. Regrettably, if more than 14 days have passed since you received your purchase, we're unable to offer a refund.

Returns Rejected

Returns will be rejected under the following conditions:

  • Worn items

  • Used items

  • Washed items

  • Items without tags

  • Items without original packaging

Note: Our store accepts returns only for defective products.

Return Process

  1. Contact Us at jd@littlefashion.co.uk

  2. Repackage the item(s) in their original packaging, if possible.

  3. Returns are processed within 14 business days of receiving the item(s).

  4. Refunds will be issued once the returned item(s) are received and inspected.

Initiating a Return

To start a return, please email us at jd@littlefashion.co.uk and include:

  • Your order number

  • The items you wish to return

  • The reason for return

  • Photos of the item(s) with original packaging and labels

Return Authorization

After we receive your email, we’ll provide:

  • A Return Authorization

  • Our return address

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment

  • Refunds will include the full item amount, minus any shipping charges

  • Only Resellable (Condition: New)  Items will be refunded. 

Exceptions

  • Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned

Return Shipping

  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping a record of your tracking number

Exchanges

Little Fashion does not accept exchanges. If you'd like to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.
