Refunds are not available after 14 days of delivery.

  • From UK warehouse: 1-3 business days

  • From international warehouse: 5-7 business days

Delivery Areas & Times

  • Flat-rate shipping of £2.99 applies across the UK.

  • Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM.

  • Please ensure someone is available to receive and sign for the package.
